Damian is responsible for the company secretarial services and the accounting functions for the group, syndications and investment funds as well as unit pricing, performance reporting and taxation. Damian is an accomplished financial, property and investment accountant having previously held similar roles with Trust Company, Challenger Financial Services and Toll Holdings. Damian has worked in the financial services industry for 15 years and has been a CPA since 1999 and is a Chartered Secretary.

Rachel Love, Asset Manager

Rachel is responsible for managing select property assets in Viento’s portfolio. She has 17 years property experience. Before joining Viento Rachel was the Commercial Manager at LJH Commercial Melbourne where she established a new commercial franchise. Previously, Rachel was Victorian Leasing and Property Manager at Integra Asset Management, a division of Opus Capital Limited, and was responsible for 10 commercial assets and industrial buildings with 300+ tenants in the portfolio. Rachel has also worked in commercial sales and leasing roles at Knight Frank and LJ Hooker.

Lydia Kypros, Client Services Manager

Lydia manages the relationships between the company and its investors and financial advisers. She is responsible for regular communications including distributions, commissions and the production of Viento Insider News. Lydia is RG 146 qualified and has recently completed a Diploma of Financial Planning.
