    The Elermore Property Syndicate matured on 22 November 2007. As part of the exit strategy, the Elermore Vale Shopping Centre was purchased by the Viento Diversified Property Fund and investors were issued with units in the Fund as consideration. Investors who did not wish to continue investing in the Viento Diversified Property Fund received a cash payment on the 28 November 2007.

    V3 Property Syndicate

    The V3 Property Syndicate was rolled into the Viento Diversified Property Fund by Special Resolution on 1 June 2008. Investors approved the Special Resolution by Unitholder vote. The properties were subsequently rolled into the Viento Diversified Property Fund and Unitholders were issued with converting units in the Fund in exchange for their V3 units. The units issued converted to ordinary units on 1 January 2009.
