Statements

Investment details can be accessed by investors and advisers via Viento Online.  Requests for copies of information can be sent to info@vientogroup.com. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Information will only be sent to investors and their financial advisers. Other parties may request information only if specific written consent from the investor is provided at the time of request.

Changing your details

You may change your contact, bank or financial adviser details by logging onto Viento Online. Alternatively, you may send a change of details form by email, fax or post.

Deceased Estates

In order to transfer deceased estate investments to executor or beneficiaries, please return a completed transfer form by email, fax or post and include the death certificate and will.

Centrelink Payments

According to Centrelink, in some cases investors receiving social security benefits may be eligible for temporary exemption from the income deeming test under hardship provisions if distributions and withdrawals are suspended.
