Proposed Rollover Strategy for Viento Property Syndicates
We are pleased to proivde investors in the V3, New Enterprise and 925 property syndicate with the opportunity to rollover and exchange their property syndicate units for units in the Viento Diversified Property Fund.
The proposed rollover is subject to a unit holder vote. If investors vote in favour of the rollover, unit holders will transfer their Syndicate units to the Viento Diversified Property Fund, which will provide greater cost savings to investors through economies of scale as well as a reduction in risk due to increased geographical and sector diversification.
Below details all the information relating to the rollover strategy and the documentation required for voting.

Why should I elect to rollover?
We believe this rollover strategy is in the best interest of all unit holders. It will provide you with a forecast higher return on your original investment amount, investment flexibility and greater income stability due to the spread of investment risk through increased diversification in the property sector. Note: Whilst we have diligently determined forecasts, the manager can not guarantee the performance of any of the syndicates or the property Fund.
How Do I Vote?
The rollover is subject to unit holder approval. Attached are the details of the relevant unit holder meetings to be held on 10 June 2008 and voting proxy forms.
We encourage you to vote and advise that Proxy forms must be received by this office no later than 6 June 2008. These forms may be faxed or post to Viento at Locked Bag 105, South Melbourne, VIC 3205
Do I need to attend the unit holder meeting?
You may attend the meeting however it is not required. Your proxy vote is lodged and recorded in an official register, you do not need to be there in person.
