Frank Connolly brings to the Group a long track record in both Corporate Finance and Corporate Transaction Advisory, gained over a 20 year career working for some significant Australian corporations. Frank has extensive specialisation in corporate finance, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities industry law, public fundraising, stock exchange listing and regulation, commercial advice and transactions and corporate governance. |

Kevin Mumford
Head of Risk and Compliance, Viento Group Ltd
Kevin is responsible for ensuring decisions are made and processes carried out in accordance with the Compliance Plan. He carries out internal auditing procedures and acts as secretary of the Compliance Committee.
Kevin has worked in the investment management industry for 27 years and has gained experience in most of the major asset classes. At Suncorp Kevin managed external Hedge Fund exposures and worked in strategic planning before joining Viento Group. During his time with Suncorp he has held several key positions including; Head of Unlisted Investments; Manager Strategy Planning and Client Services; Manager Asset Allocation; Equities Research Analyst; Fixed Interest Dealer and Portfolio Manager Cash. |

Tony Micelotta

Tony is responsible for maximizing the performance of all assets under management, through the process of strategic review and analysis. Tony has over 15 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry with a focus on Asset Management and has held a number of key positions as a Director of Knight Frank’s Property Investment Division, State Portfolio Manager (Officer in Effective Control) for James Fielding Group (VIC) & State Portfolio Manager for Mirvac Group (VIC). |

Richard Andrews

Richard brings 7 years operational experience in hotel and resorts and a further 6 years with GPT/Lend Lease doing asset management and acquisitions for the GPT Hotel Portfolio and as Investment Analyst for the A$8bn GPT/Babcock & Brown international property joint venture. He also holds strong experience with business operations and property investment in a property funds management environment where he has held the following key positions; Asset Manager, GPT Hotel Portfolio; Investment Analyst, GPT/Babcock & Brown Joint Venture. |
